Responsible and skilled Ready‑Mix Driver to operate the concrete mixer, navigate varied terrain, and safely deliver loads to job sites, managing attachment of extension chutes weighing 30‑50 lbs. Key Responsibilities
Maintain safety & compliance by following all regulations. Ensure safe, timely delivery of concrete loads. Adapt discharge methods to site conditions. Attach and manage extension chutes for precise pouring. Maintain truck cleanliness and mechanical soundness. Provide outstanding customer service and professional image. Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations. Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B). High School diploma preferred. No prohibited record in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). No DUI/DWI in last 5 years; no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years. Strong safety protocol knowledge related to construction/transportation. Strong communication skills; ability to follow instructions. Basic truck maintenance skills (desirable). Working Conditions
Wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols. Work in diverse environments, including outdoor industrial settings. Physical routine: walk, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, climb. Benefits and Why Cemex
