Prepare food consistently according to established recipes, showcasing culinary creativity. Mise en place: set up your station and prep daily ingredients efficiently. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace that meets health‑department regulations. Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or injuries. Deliver top‑notch service to every member and embrace MAC’s code of conduct. Attend regularly; reliable and predictable attendance is essential. Take on various duties as assigned to keep your day exciting. Qualifications
Two years of progressive kitchen experience; a culinary arts degree is a plus. A valid food‑handler’s permit. Proficiency in culinary techniques, knife handling, and sanitation. Proficient in using all kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with coworkers. Physical requirements: stand for long shifts 100% of the time in high‑temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
