As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-merchandised sales floor. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales and delivering a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings. Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solving guest needs. Maintaining product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity. Setting visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have a strong interest in apparel products and accessories, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
