As a member of the Cookie Crew at our UW store located at 305 S 17th St, Laramie, WY 82070, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers, and you bake all of our warm and delicious cookies. Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery Perks / Benefits
