Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Provide a warm experience with a smile, both in person and over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the bakery DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious and motivated Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Us
