Pay Range: $25–$34+ per hour, depending on experience (Full-Time, Monday–Friday + Overtime Potential)

Install residential windows and exterior doors using both full-frame and replacement methods. Perform finish and trim carpentry to ensure precise fit and finish. Accurately read and interpret construction plans or schematics to meet client specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Deliver excellent customer service and represent Oaks Inc with professionalism at every job. Drive company vehicles safely and maintain compliance with insurance standards. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of window and door installation experience (full-frame and replacement). 2-3 years of finish/trim carpentry experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to be insured by company policy. Ability to interpret blueprints and installation instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High school diploma or GED preferred.
