The Assembly 1 position in Wichita, KS, entails assembling products until they are completed to specifications and routing operations by performing the duties found under the responsibilities while ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Utilize CNC Benders, Parflange, Deburring tool, Rotary saw, Hose Crimpers, Tape Measures, and various other hand tools for creating tubing and hose sub-assemblies as per customer specifications.
Follow the build instructions and testing reports meticulously to document product conformity.
Notify the lead or supervisor about defective materials or questionable conditions.
Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly while adhering to safety regulations.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines as needed.
Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
Adhere to Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
Comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements outlined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures and processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail is a must-have quality for this role.
Proficiency in using a measuring tape is essential.
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality products is required.
Candidates should have an interest in becoming a part-owner of the company.
