Collision Center Body Technician

Brand new, climate-controlled facility Computerized frame measuring system and frame straightening machines with hydraulic pulls and laser measurement Rivet guns and bonding tools – for OEM-specific repairs on modern vehicle materials Centralized dust extraction systems Parts carts and tool organization systems for lean workflow and minimal downtime Air filtration systems Our company offers great benefits, including: Competitive base rate of pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Employee Assistance Program 401k Retirement with Company Match Employee purchase discounts on parts, labor and vehicles Continuous learning and company paid training throughout your career 5-day work week Responsibilities: Repair vehicles utilizing a variety of techniques including welding, metalworking, refinishing, painting, and body alignment Follow repair procedures and guidelines with utmost attention to detail and safety Correctly diagnose and identify repairing opportunities for various make and model vehicles Perform auto body repairs with minimal supervision and providing quality certification to complete each repair job to the highest standards Accurately document all repair work performed on a daily basis Review and analyze damage reports to determine appropriate repair procedures Notify management of any defects or malfunctions found during the repair process Continuously learn new techniques and procedures to enhance efficiency and performance Follow safety procedures and guidelines and utilize PPE at all times IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES: High School Diploma or GED At least three years of relevant experience in auto body repair OEM or I-CAR certifications preferred Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license Moses Auto Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
