Technical Sales Engineer

Our client has an opening for a Technical Sales Engineer. This is a full time direct hire role with a stable company based out of the King of Prussia area. Prior experience working at a MSP is strongly desired. Role will involve the following: Partner with the sales team on customer needs, presentations, and future-ready solutions. Design and deploy networking, security, server, storage, and cloud solutions across various providers. Build secure, scalable hybrid/cloud integrations with testing, docs, and handover. Deliver advanced troubleshooting and Tier-3 support across systems and networks. Monitor, optimize, ensure compliance, and meet SLAs/KPIs. Research emerging tech and co-develop new service offerings with product and engineering teams. Write documentation and training materials as well as improve service offerings via customer feedback.
