GENERAL SUMMARY Bussers serve as a secondary support line for guests in the dinner house, assisting servers and ensuring a smooth dining experience. They interact directly and indirectly with guests, helping to create a seamless back-of-house service for each table. Bussers contribute to higher guest satisfaction by fulfilling their duties efficiently. FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT All team members are expected to uphold a Four Diamond commitment to customer service by maintaining the quality standards set by Pechanga Resort and Casino. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clear tables after guests have finished their meals. Clear all soiled china, glassware, and silverware during the dining experience. Reset tables according to management standards. Maintain water service throughout the meal. Provide bread service as specified by the menu. Assist servers with small duties during service to enhance guest experience. Act as an ambassador for guests, relaying messages and communicating needs to servers. Offer personalized service, interact warmly with guests, and greet and bid farewell with a smile. Perform other duties as assigned. ACCOUNTABILITY The F&B Busser does not have supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES Experience/Training/Education:

At least 6 months of experience preferred. Communication Skills:

Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, memos, and documents; effectively communicate with guests and staff. Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations involving currency, weight, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

Must qualify for a Class “B” gaming license, Food Handlers Certificate, and Tips Certification. Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Other Qualifications:

Must be personable, knowledgeable about menu and resort amenities, and complete required service classes within the first 90 days of employment through PLDA. Disclaimer:
