Expertise in repairing and reassembling auto body parts
Ability to collaborate effectively with other people on the team
Must possess excellent speaking and listening skills
Demonstrate the willingness and eagerness to improve their skills through additional training
Qualifications
At least three years of experience disassembling, reassembling and performing general collision repair on autos
A team-oriented attitude
Adept communication abilities
Able to provide own set of tools
Compensation $80,000 - $125,000
About C&L Autobody C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state.
As one of NJ’s largest family-owned MSOs, we pride ourselves on delivering an unmatched level of customer service and craftsmanship for all your collision repair needs.
We offer full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with a company match. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
