About the Role As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with students in school environments, implementing behavior support plans created by a BCBA. Your background in mental health or social work brings empathy, rapport‑building skills, and a deep understanding of human behavior.
Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one support to students during the school day.
Implement behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA.
Support emotional regulation and pro‑social skills.
Collect data and communicate observations to the clinical team.
Collaborate with school staff to promote student success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related human‑services field.
ABA experience is required.
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA.
Reliability and comfort working in school settings.
