What You’ll Do
Manage 40–60 personal injury cases from intake to settlement
Communicate daily with clients, doctors, and insurance adjusters
Track treatment, prepare demands, and update Filevine
Support attorneys on negotiations and case prep
What You’ll Need
2+ years of PI case management or paralegal experience
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Filevine or similar case‑management system experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Perks & Pay
$25–$50/hr depending on experience

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, onsite in Brentwood (West Los Angeles)
