Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) on the Deployment Solutions team, partnering with top‑tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide smarter, faster solutions for the industry.
The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers—including physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel—in the assigned territory. The VSS plans and organizes activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory, maintains accurate records in the CRM system, and complies with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Execute client‑directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
Work closely with field representatives to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth and success.
Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre/post‑call analysis proficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree (minimum required).
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented success.
1+ year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience (strongly preferred).
Expert selling skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical/computer proficiency.
Effective prioritization and planning skills while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
