Growing Manufacturing firm in Manotowocis seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and processes for our company.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects
Conduct research and analysis to determine the feasibility, cost, and performance of new mechanical systems and processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met and designs are optimized
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and construction purposes
Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the design and implementation process
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously improve our processes and systems
Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes and final products to ensure quality and reliability
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the design and implementation of mechanical systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
