The Role: Asset Management Associate As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a critical role in maximizing performance across ZMR Capital’s national portfolio. You’ll support financial reporting, asset strategy, underwriting, investor communications, and transaction execution. This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and execution‑focused environment. What You’ll Do Analyze property operations and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities Support budget vs. actual reviews, capital plans, and leasing performance optimization Conduct market research, rent studies, and competitive analysis Assist with dispositions, refinances, recapitalizations, and lender reporting Prepare quarterly reporting packages, valuations, and cash flow projections Maintain internal dashboards, performance metrics, and asset‑level data systems Collaborate with property management, acquisitions, and executive leadership to drive outcomes What You Bring 3–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, finance, or related analytical roles BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Understanding of budgeting, property operations, and investment principles Why ZMR Capital?
