Hours & Pay Shift:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and product questions

Build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and project requirements

Evaluate inquiries to confirm technical feasibility and alignment with company capabilities

Partner with engineering and production teams to develop tailored transformer solutions

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

Support commercial negotiations alongside sales leadership to finalize deals

Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities

Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Proven sales engineering or technical sales experience (industrial/electrical/transformer sector preferred)

Strong understanding of transformer function, design, and applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Ability to manage multiple accounts, inquiries, and timelines effectively

Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally

Experience supporting industrial, renewable, or utility customers (preferred)

Familiarity with international transformer standards and certifications (preferred)

Multilingual skills—especially English/Spanish—are a plus

Non-entry-level: Requires demonstrated experience in industrial sales
