Senior Transactional Paralegal - Law Firm - Hybrid - $90-100k
Our well known law firm client is seeking a experienced
Senior Paralegal
to support a high-volume transactional team. Working with multiple attorneys, you will act as the central project manager for complex financial deals. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels at document organization, closing coordination, and regulatory compliance in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Management: Coordinate the full lifecycle of transactions from initial drafting through final closing.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format complex transaction agreements, resolutions, and certificates.
Closings: Manage critical dates, organize signature pages, and compile comprehensive closing sets (electronic and hard copy) for all parties.
Compliance & Filings: Prepare and submit UCC financing statements and necessary state/federal regulatory filings.
Research: Conduct statutory research and organize due diligence materials for ongoing deals.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the internal legal team and external parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of paralegal experience in a transactional setting (Corporate, Finance, or Real Estate backgrounds preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Core Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple active files simultaneously.
