Position Overview Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a
Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate.
This role involves supporting clients, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication Assist with inside sales activities, including order entry and follow-up Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and account management Maintain accurate records in Excel and other systems Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Pay range: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience QuickBooks knowledge required Proficiency in Excel and email communication Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Cabinetry industry experience is a plus Employment Details Temp-to-hire opportunity Full-time schedule Growth potential within the company Please apply online at
