Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies, becoming a trusted advisor for their automation needs.
Collaborate with internal teams support, service, and management to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
Execute a strategic sales plan, achieving volume and profitability goals within your territory.
Drive new customer acquisition by leveraging lead management, prospecting, and outreach through phone, email, events, and campaigns.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to fuel data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Lead solution development efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to address end-user needs effectively.
Experience and Education Requirements
At least 2 years of success in selling technical products, with knowledge of the inline automation industry being a major plus.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
Proven track record of developing prospecting plans and campaigns to drive results.
