Responsibilities
Responsible for the set up and clearing of tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting Food Servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Required Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate in English.
Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Can communicate well with guests.
Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers; team player.
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
Performance Standards Customer Satisfaction : Remain professional at all times, treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect, and act as a guest relations ambassador.
Work Habits : Aim to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance; be adaptable, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed.
Safety & Security : Adhere to hotel security policies, particularly key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
