Executive Recruiter at Riveter Consulting Group Our client is looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to work a hybrid schedule remote, on-site, and running errands. Must be local with a short commute. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be capable of managing logistics effectively.

Responsibilities

Calendar management

Scheduling all personal appointments

Event coordination

Grocery shopping

Light meal preparation

Laundry wash and fold

Take out trash

Pet care (cat), litter change, medical appointments, grooming appointments, etc.

Drive client occasionally

Managing maid service (prepping house for maid visits) – 2 times per month

Getting mail/packages when traveling

Managing returns of online shopping

Picking up and dropping off dry cleaning

Gift shopping

Check on properties when on travel, collect mail/packages, etc.

Available to travel with client in the future

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and vehicle – commercial driver’s license required

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Household Manager

Strong professional communication skills

Experience overseeing household vendors

Must be ok with cat

Verifiable references

Ability to travel out of state (domestically)

Passport ready
