Provide exceptional customer service based on thorough product knowledge, communication and follow up skills.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Be willing to go on the road to network and prospect for new clients.
Strive to meet and exceed sales goals as defined by the Commercial Sales Manager.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
Commercial account managers demonstrate vehicles to customers, close the sale, organize financing and coordinate the delivery of vehicles.
