Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Support the platform Director of EHS in all regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.Work with production supervisors to develop and implement programs to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, policies and procedures.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a safety leader in chemical processing environment – including waste water treatment, and the overall management of the EHS program Good understanding of federal, state and local regulatory authority, including: EPA, OSHA, DOT, and familiarity with federal, RCRA, CWA, SWPPP, SPCC, PSM, PHA, LOTO, PPE, HAZMAT, Machine Guarding, GHS, Confined Space Entry, Crane Safety, and Forklift Training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service attitude.Industrial/Manufacturing EH&S experience

Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in implementing and/or maintaining ISO14001, ISO45001, or similar certification system.General Applicable Company Competencies

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform your duties both in an office environment and the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Watts Fort Worth location (Monday – Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.**Physical Requirements**: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
