Our projects incorporate master planning: landscape architecture, hardscape, horticultural detail, and seasonal displays.

We are seeking a Landscape Enhancement Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of landscape construction/installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.**Responsibilities:**\* Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to develop project plans\* Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.\* Ensure compliance with all regulations and permits.\* Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.\* Conduct quality control inspections.\* Produce estimates, proposals, and participate in presentations of such proposals to clients, general contractors, and architects\* Manage project budgets, timelines and all project documentation accurately and ensure projects are completed within the scheduling and budgetary constraints.\* Understand landscape construction drawings, perform take-offs, comprehend contractual work scopes and the associated budget.\* Coordinate resources for each project and ensure projects are completed within the scheduling and budgetary constraints.\* Ability to provide clear communication regarding project status, internally and externally, as necessary.\* Manage crew members and sub-contractors throughout each project, including payroll and invoices.\* Ensure each project delivers our standard of quality.\* Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting company culture.\* Be involved with snow removal during the winter months, which could include plowing or shoveling.**Qualifications:**\* Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\* Proven experience in landscape construction management with at least 7 years of field experience in all aspects of installation including landscape design, construction techniques, and materials.\* Strong verbal and written English skills required, Spanish (bi-lingual) desirable\* Capable of jobsite management and all associated resource coordination for project completion\* High level of customer service and communication skills with focus on managing client requests\* Excellent computer skills, communication and leadership skills.\* Strong time management and prompt problem-solving skills\* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\* Valid driver’s license and be insurable under company vehicle policy**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
