Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help drive Freepik’s growth across North America. You’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting with
Fortune 1000 companies , aligning their business goals with our AI-powered creative solutions. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how global brands adopt next-generation creative technology — combining strategic thinking, consultative selling, and genuine passion for innovation. Your growth in this role will follow three key phases: Onboarding Phase:
Develop deep product knowledge, master Freepik’s value proposition, and build targeted outreach strategies for key market segments. Development Phase:
Create and nurture a qualified pipeline through effective prospecting, personalized discovery calls, and strong relationship building. Excellence Phase:
Consistently deliver high-quality opportunities, contribute insights to shape enterprise strategy, and help drive Freepik’s expansion in the B2B creative space. Success will mean not only hitting your numbers — but also becoming a trusted advisor who helps redefine how enterprises create visual content. What You’ll Do
Strategic Outreach:
Design and execute thoughtful multi-channel campaigns targeting marketing, brand, and creative leaders. Consultative Discovery:
Lead meaningful conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for impact. Value Communication:
Articulate Freepik’s unique value clearly, connecting our AI Suite’s capabilities with client needs. Data-Driven Prospecting:
Use analytics tools to refine outreach strategies, measure engagement, and continuously improve. Collaborative Impact:
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to share market insights and optimize go-to-market strategies. 5+ years of experience
in enterprise B2B sales or business development (SaaS, AI, or creative tech preferred). Proven track record of building
eight-figure pipelines
and contributing to
six- or seven-figure deals . Experience engaging with
enterprise marketing and creative teams . Strong analytical mindset and ability to tailor outreach strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can explain complex tech with clarity and impact. Solid understanding of
marketing operations, brand management, and creative workflows . Experience with tools such as
Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Ironclad, Calendly , etc. What We Offer
