Job Responsibilities
Assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries and manage an inbound question queue
Support technical trials to demonstrate the value of Samsara solutions to prospects
Create software scripting solutions and integrations for technical proof of concepts
Produce and manage digital content for product learning and adoption
Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure prospect success
Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 1 year experience working with customers in a pre‑sales or support capacity
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
Experience with cloud software, networking, or automation and control systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles
Familiarity with system integrations and regulatory compliance
