Role Summary : The Effector RF Design Department seeks engineers to develop complex Radio Frequency systems, subsystems and components, including antennas, RF circuit cards, and RF test equipment. This is an entry‑level Mechanical Engineer position for individuals with educational and professional experience in technical mechanical standards and practices.
What You Will Do
Collaborate in a multi‑discipline team to solve complex engineering problems.
Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF product designs.
Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinate fabrication.
Perform hands‑on integration and test support for prototype hardware.
Hold design and drawing reviews with peers and subject‑matter experts.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including:
Design and analysis for packaging of RF products (e.g., circuit card assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses, and interconnects) throughout the product life cycle, including 3D CAD.
Creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using GD&T for products.
Qualifications We Prefer
Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Experience with 3D CAD design (preferably Creo Parametric).
Experience in antenna and/or electronics packaging.
Experience with harness and interconnect design.
Experience creating engineering drawings.
Experience fabricating prototype designs.
Familiarity with GD&T application.
Collaboration in multi‑disciplinary teams.
Performance of tolerance analysis.
Self‑motivated problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Offer Relocation may be provided based on eligibility. Salary range: $66,000–$130,000 USD.
