Pay Rate:
$17.10 to $28.04
Overview As one of the largest for-profit thrift operators, Savers values reuse and community impact. The Retail Manager supports either the service side of our stores or the back‑room product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and merchandising standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development.
Oversee inventory management, receiving, staging, and allocation of merchandise.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Drive sales results and meet performance metrics.
Support store expansion and new store openings.
Qualifications
Entry‑level to mid‑level retail experience; managerial experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic math and point‑of‑sale proficiency.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
