booming Nashville-based wealth management firm
that’s expanding and looking for a
Lead Financial Advisor
to join their team.
This role is tailor-made for an advisor who thrives on building relationships and closing business — not grinding through prospecting lists or paperwork.
The Opportunity
Meet with
warm, qualified prospects
booked by the firm’s marketing & appointment-setting team.
Guide prospects through a proven
client conversion process
to turn them into long-term clients.
Conduct
4–6 workshops per month
to deepen community presence.
Partner with dedicated Service Advisors to ensure seamless client handoff and retention.
Focus on advising, presenting, and closing — the back office handles the rest.
Compensation & Growth
Monthly Draw/Guarantee : $6,000/month to start (flexible for top producers).
Annuities : 25% of street comp (avg. 7%).
AUM : 10% of firm’s management fee (currently 1% and increasing to 1.5%) —
paid for life .
Earnings Potential :
First-year realistic: $250K–$300K.
Top performers earn $800K+ annually; senior advisors earn $1.5M+.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed with
Series 65/66
(or 7 with 66) and
Life insurance license
(or ability to obtain quickly).
3+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience preferred.
Process-driven, accountable, and coachable — you’re more about
discipline and culture fit
than being a flashy salesperson.
Comfortable presenting in workshops and meeting clients in person.
