Role Overview As a Direct Sales Representative, you will manage your own territory, conduct roof inspections, and close high‑value sales on‑site using our streamlined documentation system.
Responsibilities
Manage your territory using proven field‑sales strategies
Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced teammates
Convert high‑value opportunities through our efficient sales process
Perform professional roof inspections and damage assessments
Close deals on‑site with a streamlined documentation system
Maintain 99% accuracy in field documentation and CRM updates
Deliver exceptional customer service with 24‑hour response times
Build a sustainable book of business through referrals and repeat customers
Qualifications
Proven success in door‑to‑door or field sales
Strong territory management experience
Excellent face‑to‑face communication skills
Independent work ethic with a team‑player mindset
Availability Monday‑Friday (11:00 AM to dusk) and high‑earning Saturday mornings
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
