Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Base Pay Range:
$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Job Summary:
A dynamic opportunity to join an exceptional team as a Leasing Consultant. Responsibilities include generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move‑in paperwork, and fostering resident retention.
Responsibilities
Generate and handle traffic for apartment rentals.
Lease apartments, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.
Complete move‑in paperwork and procedures.
Retain residents through ongoing communication and support.
Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
Qualifications
1+ year residential leasing experience (preferred).
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized.
Knowledge of Yardi or similar software (preferred).
Ultimate team player.
