Our selection process begins now, with an hourly rate of $20.00 plus the immediate monthly bonus.

Debt Resolution Specialist- Collections Responsibilities

Negotiates debt repayment with consumers. Listens carefully to what they say, asks good questions and overcomes obstacles. Obtains firm agreements to repay debt in a timely manner.

Receives and makes telephone contact with consumers.

Gives informed decisions based on consumers’ needs, account balances and business standard operating procedures.

Maintains and updates consumer account data to accurately reflect current status.

Maintains quality standards. Complies with applicable laws and regulations governing third‑party collections, such as the FDCPA.

Participates in other assigned activities.

Debt Resolution Specialist- Collections Qualifications

Must complete the typing assessment.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.

Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a keyboard and mouse.

You must communicate effectively, with attention to detail. You must deliver customer‑centric solutions while achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

Being bilingual is a plus.
