Automotive Service Advisor

to join our team and help ensure cars are repaired right the first time. Our team works together in a smooth, organized, and drama-free environment, where your expertise and voice are valued. We understand what it feels like to work unappreciated – and we make sure it’s not like that here.

Compensation & Perks

Advisor pay structure: Commission % on GP

Annual pay range: $70,000 – $140,000, based on ability and experience

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced automotive service advisors who want to work with a professional, collaborative team

Open to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shop

European shop or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments

Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations

Coordinate with technicians for timely repair completion

Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers

Maintain thorough service records

Uphold excellent customer service standards

Requirements

3+ years of automotive customer service experience

Knowledge of European/exotic vehicles preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Valid driver’s license
