Community Support Professional
to assist in creating a thriving, engaged, and supportive community for our Academy+ members. This role is critical in maintaining a positive environment where our members feel valued and supported as they scale their businesses. Community Support Professional Goal
Support the SHE-com
Community Manager
in ensuring the growth, engagement, and satisfaction of Academy+ members. Help foster a thriving community that exceeds expectations and inspires success. This position is 20 hours a week with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement Support Assist with onboarding calls to welcome new Academy members and set the tone for their journey. Help facilitate meaningful discussions in private Facebook groups by addressing member queries and sourcing expert responses from our coaches. Monitor group activity and proactively initiate conversations to encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaged atmosphere. Lead game plan calls with members and participate in group coaching calls when needed. Conduct regular member check-ins to provide personalised support and escalate issues to the Community Manager as required. Track and share member success stories to inspire and motivate the community, celebrating milestones and progress. Member Support Assistance Respond promptly and empathetically to member inquiries about program content, resources, or administrative needs. Promote additional SHE-com programs and services to eligible members, showcasing how they align with their goals. Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and ensure smooth operation of community initiatives. Skills and Qualities
E-commerce Expertise
: Strong understanding of e-commerce to connect authentically with members and address their needs effectively. Empathy
: A genuine ability to engage with members authentically, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued. Communication
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with members and represent SHE-com professionally. Tech-Savvy
: Experience using community management tools like Facebook Groups, Kajabi, and CRM platforms. Problem-Solving
: Proactive and resourceful in adapting to the changing needs of the community and addressing challenges. Organisation
