JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Nuclear Design Inspections (Conduct of Operations) in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. NRC - HQ Acquisition Management Division (NRC) | The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Located In CONUS - Washington, DC and across the Mid-Atlantic region Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The Conduct of Operations personnel ensure that the nuclear power reactor plants' operations are in compliance with design and licensing bases. They evaluate operator actions and ensure adherence to safety protocols. In the role of Conduct of Operations, individuals oversee the operation of nuclear power reactor plants, with a primary focus on ensuring adherence to design and licensing bases. This includes evaluating operator actions for consistency with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of operational procedures, and promptly identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration with the team is key in enhancing operational efficiency and safety. These professionals are also prepared to respond to operational emergencies, ensuring that safety protocols are closely followed to maintain a secure environment within the nuclear facility.

Qualifications Desired Qualifications For Conduct of Operations (NDI3) | Key Personnel | Senior Consultant - Exempt 541611 Candidates:

5 Years Experience in nuclear operations and a deep understanding of operational procedures and safety protocols.

A background in nuclear operations, safety, or a related field is necessary.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in social media management and communication tools.

Creativity and innovation in developing communication strategies.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of operational procedures, safety protocols, and the ability to evaluate and ensure operator compliance.

U.S. Citizenship Required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
