Commercial Lender

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships
Originate new commercial loans and cross-sell banking services
Underwrite and structure credit requests in collaboration with credit analysts
Participate in local business development and community events
Manage the entire lending process from origination to closing
Support the bank’s strategic goal of expanding its C&I portfolio
Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory standards
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
5+ years of proven success in commercial lending within a community or regional bank
Experience with credit underwriting and loan structuring
Strong local market knowledge and referral network
What Could Set You Apart:
Exposure to C&I, owner-occupied CRE, or small business lending
Formal credit training or background in credit analysis
