As our
Construction Superintendent in Training , you'll assist experienced Construction Managers, Coordinators, and Superintendents in running day-to-day jobsite operations on luxury custom homes. You'll gain deep knowledge in scheduling, project setup, permitting, inspections, and on-site leadership, all while preparing to grow into a supervisory role. This role is ideal for someone with prior construction experience and carpentry skills who is eager to lead and willing to learn. We'll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to advance.
Responsibilities
Support field operations and assist with coordinating daily and weekly jobsite activities
Communicate with clients, team members, vendors, and trade partners
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company checklists
Participate in planning, budgeting, and permitting processes
Assist with scheduling, materials tracking, and delivery coordination
Complete daily project updates/logs in QuickBooks Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online
Attend production meetings and support project leads as needed
Perform hands-on labor and carpentry work when required

Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in custom home building or luxury remodeling
1 or more years of residential construction experience (required)
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of building materials, codes, and methods
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and construction management software is preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position
Competitive hourly rate at $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Flexible 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
Overtime available
