The
Server Assistant
position involves: Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and staff. Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef’s features, and identifying wines in accordance with Perry’s food and beverage training. Answering all questions related to food and beverage preparation. Notifying managers of any special accommodations, such as food allergies, prior to reporting to the kitchen. Maintaining cleanliness of tables and the dining area around guests, and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to the role. Qualifications
