Mitigation Manager Full time leadership role to guide mitigation team in water, fire, and mold emergencies.
Overview Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, seeks a Mitigation Manager to lead our dedicated mitigation team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development : Set clear expectations, coach for growth, and hold team members accountable.
Operational Oversight & Project Excellence : Manage the full lifecycle of mitigation projects to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Financial & Strategic Performance : Oversee departmental performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
Customer Experience & Communication : Support project managers in delivering excellent customer experience during crisis.
Emergency Response Readiness : Coordinate after-hours and catastrophe response efforts.
Systems & Documentation : Model excellence in business systems such as PSA, Xactimate, and Concur.
Qualifications
3+ years of team management experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction.
IICRC WRT certification required; additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS) preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and tools.
Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Experience leading emergency response efforts and managing catastrophe events.
Tech-savvy with job management systems (e.g., PSA, Xactimate).
Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical.
