TBM Job Description Checkpoint Surgical is hiring a high-performing Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive growth in a high-opportunity market. If you’re a relentless closer, clinically sharp, and thrive in competitive med device environments, this is your shot. We’re an innovation-forward company that’s reshaping nerve care. Our products are transforming surgical outcomes, and we’re looking for driven, self-aware individuals who can make a serious impact at the field level. You won’t just sell, you’ll educate, build trust, and own your territory like a business.

What You’ll Do:

Own your territory’s revenue performance and consistently exceed sales targets.

Build deep relationships with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

Deliver compelling clinical selling through case coverage, in-services, and peer-to-peer support.

Launch and support breakthrough technologies in nerve care.

Manage your pipeline with urgency, precision, and accountability.

Navigate hospital contracting, value analysis, and buying cycles with confidence.

Identify new opportunities and accelerate adoption across accounts.

Provide actionable market insights to regional and national teams.

Who You Are:

A proven sales performer with 2-5+ years in medical device or biologics sales.

Known for grit, urgency, and never backing down from a challenge.

Clinically savvy, curious, and quick to absorb technical content.

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.

A self-starter who thrives in autonomy and adapts fast when things change.

Committed to continuous improvement and always raising your personal bar.

Preferred Experience:

Background in surgical sales (peripheral nerve, oncology, plastics, neuro, ortho, ENT, or similar).

Success penetrating new markets or launching new technologies.

Experience in case support and hospital systems selling.
