Job Description
Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) established the Insider Threat Office (InTO) in 2014 to act as the central coordinating component for the FBI’s Insider Threat Detection and Prevention Program. InTO leverages the specific strengths of existing insider threat programs and supports centralization of technical, analytical, and administrative personnel and capabilities within the Bureau. InTO evaluates new tools required for a robust insider threat program, identifies key trends, and incorporates new data sets into analysis from various sources, working closely with internal administrative and investigative components to detect and deter insider threats. Red Gate provides InTO with strategic planning, program development, and executive administrative support. Specifically, Red Gate executes technical objectives associated with data exploitation and leads software development projects for InTO and its customers. The Requirements Analyst provides subject matter expertise relevant to implementing information technology (IT) requirements management methodologies, understanding and optimizing data, providing operational end‑user support, and providing strategic programmatic support. Responsibilities Identifies and documents all requests from stakeholders and outside entities; Manages the creation, review, and analysis of IT requirements for customer systems; Prepares and presents all IT documentation to an executive management audience (as needed to document systems operation, functional requirements, processes, and methodologies); Translates and communicates complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non‑technical audiences; Coordinates and facilitates meetings related to IT and functional requirements between internal and external IT personnel; Prepares, produces, and disseminates scheduled and unscheduled products, including but not limited to briefings, technical cost estimates, studies, and memoranda; Performs short‑ and long‑range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems; Serves as the main point of contact for all IT and functional requirements in support of customer systems; Provides subject matter support to the
