About the Role We’re looking for a Product Marketing leader to set the vision for the next phase of Retail Moments at Uber Eats – turning moments of need and cultural relevance into a powerful growth engine. In this role, you will support the end‑to‑end strategy for Retail Moments globally: identifying the occasions that matter, shaping how they come to life across the consumer journey, and scaling learnings across markets. You’ll pair sharp consumer insight with commercial excellence, using premium offers, strong storytelling, and tight execution to build best‑in‑class marketing campaigns – whether it’s for a last‑minute Valentine’s Day or a feverous World Cup.

This is a highly visible role with broad influence across Product, Sales, Creative, Performance & Regional Marketing, Membership and Mobility teams. You’ll be responsible not just for owning the calendar, but for evolving Retail Moments into a connected, durable growth flywheel for Uber Eats.

What You’ll Do

Cross-functional & Global Leadership : Influence how cross-functional teams bring to life Retail Moments throughout the customer journey, partnering closely with Product, Commercial, Creative, Performance, and Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Messaging & Go-to-Market : Shape moment‑led narratives that sell the value of products across the Uber ecosystem. Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for global moments, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time across our suite of channels.

Global scale & enablement:

Guide central and local strategies by building scalable frameworks, pitch packs, and toolkits that enable regions to execute effectively while maintaining a strong global through‑line.

Commercial impact : Partner closely with Commercial teams to unlock third‑party investment and translate Retail Moments into clear stories of incremental demand, category growth, and ROI.

Insights & evolution : Define the learning agenda and success metrics for Retail Moments globally, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy and raise the bar year over year.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of marketing experience delivering highly successful engagement and acquisition strategies with 2+ years specifically in consumer product marketing.

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Can articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.

The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.

Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.

Strong analytical skills - uses data to create insightful stories, inform strategies and guide decision making.

Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time‑zones, backgrounds and functions to push projects to completion.

A hard‑working, detailed, organized, and motivated self‑starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.

Retail or CPG marketing experience

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year – USD$150,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year – USD$150,000 per year.
