We are currently seeking a

Senior

Transformational Client Executive Leader

to join our Health Plans team. This role is designed for a seasoned executive who can drive

measurable value creation, enterprise transformation, and long‑term strategic partnerships

with leading payer organizations.

Role Overview

The Transformational Client Executive Leader is accountable for

value creation and business outcomes , innovation, health plan transformation, and executive‑level partnerships. This leader serves as a

trusted advisor

to Health Plan C‑suite stakeholders and is responsible for shaping and executing a customer‑centric transformation agenda powered by NTT DATA’s technology and consulting capabilities.

As the executive leader for the account, you will define and execute a

value creation scorecard , ensure realization of targeted outcomes, and collaborate closely with client executive(s) on revenue forecasting, financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction. You will lead in partnership with global practice and delivery teams to deliver complex, multi‑disciplinary solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities Health Plan Value Creation & Business Outcomes

Own and continuously refine a

Health Plan value creation roadmap

aligned to payer priorities, including medical cost containment, administrative efficiency, member experience, regulatory compliance, and growth across government and commercial lines of business

Partner with Health Plan executives to

identify, quantify, and realize measurable business value , including:

Reduction in

Medical Loss Ratio (MLR)

through analytics, care management optimization, and value‑based care enablement

Lower

administrative cost per member

through core platform modernization, automation, and operating model optimization

Improved

Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and quality outcomes

through data‑driven, digital, and member engagement solutions

Define clear

value hypotheses, financial impact models, and outcome KPIs , ensuring ongoing measurement, reporting, and realization of benefits

Serve as a

strategic advisor to Health Plan C‑suite leaders , helping shape enterprise transformation agendas across IT, operations, clinical, and digital domains

Lead executive‑level

value reviews, QBRs, and roadmap sessions

focused on outcomes, ROI, regulatory readiness, and future‑state capabilities

Anticipate and proactively address emerging payer challenges, including

CMS regulations, interoperability mandates, risk adjustment changes, and competitive pressures

Drive payer‑focused innovation by leveraging

NTT DATA capabilities

across core administration modernization, data & analytics, AI, automation, cloud, and interoperability (FHIR, APIs)

Sponsor and incubate

proof‑of‑value initiatives , including:

Value‑based care enablement and provider collaboration

Member acquisition, retention, and digital engagement

Risk adjustment accuracy and compliance

Care management and utilization management optimization

Collaborate with internal and external partners to

co‑create differentiated Health Plan solutions

that scale across lines of business

Long‑Term Account Health & Growth

Partner with the account Client Executive to

balance near‑term revenue delivery with long‑term value realization and client satisfaction

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to value delivery, including adoption challenges, change management gaps, or regulatory impacts

Build and execute

multi‑year account strategies

that expand wallet share through demonstrated improvements in cost, quality, member experience, and regulatory performance

Must‑Have Qualifications

Proven Leadership in Large Accounts:

Minimum 10 years leading full‑cycle, virtual and geographically dispersed sales organizations with

annual revenues exceeding $50M , including P&L accountability

Health Plan Expertise:

Minimum 10 years in the

health plan or payer industry , with deep understanding of revenue models, cost and margin levers, and regulatory dynamics

Executive Client Leadership:

Demonstrated success building and sustaining

C‑suite relationships

and serving as a trusted advisor driving enterprise‑level change

IT & Digital Services Sales:

Minimum 10 years selling

IT, digital, or technology‑enabled services

to healthcare clients, with a strong focus on business outcomes

Strategic & Financial Acumen:

Proven experience in financial forecasting, growth strategy, and translating complex solutions into

measurable business value

Preferred Qualifications

Health Plan Transformation Experience:

Direct involvement in value‑based care, regulatory compliance (CMS, HEDIS, Star Ratings), or core administration modernization initiatives

Digital & Innovation Leadership:

Experience delivering analytics, automation, AI, or cloud‑enabled transformation for payer organizations

Multi‑Line of Business Exposure:

Experience across

Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or specialty lines of business

Global & Cross‑Functional Leadership:

Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams using

onsite/offshore delivery models

Thought Leadership:

Recognized ability to influence payer strategy, deliver industry insights, and co‑create innovative, market‑relevant solutions
