Location San Francisco (hybrid, 2 days WFH per week)
Responsibilities Advising corporate and individual clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant business immigration matters; managing paralegals and case assistants; communicating with corporate clients daily; advising on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters; keeping abreast of changes in immigration law; and creating and updating written content such as news alerts, templates, memoranda, etc.

Requirements Must have 5+ years of experience with high-volume business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, L-1 Blanket, TN, and immigrant petition filings. Experience with PERM, adjustment of status and family‑based immigration a plus.
