The
ABL Specialist
is responsible for supporting the Asset-Based Lending (ABL) operations by monitoring customer service channels, processing funding requests, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Responsibilities
Monitor PureCloud and the ABL customer service mailbox for funding requests and issue resolution. Conduct research and draft responses to customer inquiries. Communicate with account officers and/or customers as needed. Analyze advance requests and related documentation to determine funding eligibility. Verify collateral documentation for completeness and accuracy. Process daily advances, payments, and curtailments in accordance with approved amounts. Collaborate with management and account officers to resolve funding and payment issues. Assist with processing tax certificate line funding requests. Maintain and monitor Floor Plan Line of Credit collateral reports regularly. Support preparation of inspection reports and coordinate floorplan inspection visits. Review payments processed by team members for accuracy and ensure proper documentation. Perform administrative tasks related to all ABL product lines outside of floorplans. Audit client payments to ensure compliance with floor plan loan terms. Qualifications
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting 1+ year of experience directly related to bank exposure or analytical work. Combination of education and experience will be considered. Skills & Competencies Must have the capacity to handle a large volume of work and multi-task. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Must possess good analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
