Job Description Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly skilled Consulting Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to drive the technical execution of OCI’s most strategic partnerships. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority and integration lead, responsible for architecting, implementing, and validating joint solutions that connect partner technologies with OCI’s cloud services. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, and partner engineering teams to translate business agreements into scalable, production-ready architectures. This position requires deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, APIs, networking, and security, as well as strong communication skills to represent OCI in high-visibility partner and customer engagements. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, systems‑minded, and thrives at the intersection of technology integration, platform enablement, and solution delivery within complex multi‑party environments.
Responsibilities Primary Job Duties
Serve as the
technical lead and architect
for partner integrations across compute, networking, storage, and AI/ML services.
Design and implement
reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment blueprints
that operationalize partner offerings on OCI.
Conduct
technical due diligence
on potential partners—assessing scalability, security, and interoperability with OCI’s infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal OCI engineering teams to
develop APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks
that streamline partner onboarding.
Lead
proof‑of‑concepts (POCs)
and validation exercises to ensure integration quality, performance, and customer readiness.
Provide
hands‑on support
during onboarding, including environment setup, connectivity, IAM configuration, and observability integration.
Author
technical documentation , deployment guides, and enablement materials for internal teams and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
Act as the
technical liaison
in partner and customer meetings, effectively communicating OCI architecture principles and design tradeoffs.
Work closely with Product Management to influence OCI’s roadmap based on partner integration feedback and emerging customer needs.
Support
sales and field enablement
through technical deep dives, demos, and joint solution briefings with partners.
Minimum Qualifications
6‑10+ years of experience in
cloud infrastructure engineering, partner integration, or solution architecture
within a
major cloud provider or enterprise platform company .
Deep technical expertise in
OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP
environments, with hands‑on experience in
compute, networking, storage, and IAM .
Strong proficiency with
Terraform, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, SDKs, and automation scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) .
Proven ability to
architect and deploy large‑scale distributed systems
integrating third‑party or partner technologies.
Solid understanding of
network topologies, load balancing, encryption, identity federation, and multi‑tenant architectures .
Experience conducting
technical due diligence, scalability assessments, and system integration reviews .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both
engineering and executive audiences .
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline .
Preferred: experience in
joint solution development, ISV/OEM integrations, or multi‑cloud interoperability
projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
