Sabio Systems is partnering with a well-established Albuquerque-based company seeking
Customer Service Reps
to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity and is not a remote position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting the company's day-to-day operations. This organization values individuals who are energetic, friendly, organized, and customer-focused, and who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications For Customer Service Rep:
Previous customer service experience, particularly in a high-volume phone environment Strong multitasking and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook Responsibilities For Customer Service Rep:
Manage and respond to high call volumes in a professional and timely manner Verify customer orders and account information Schedule appointments and services via phone Follow established company policies and procedures Provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience
Compensation For Customer Service Rep:
$16-$18 Hourly (DOE)
