The Route Sales Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in delivering premium customer service within a designated territory (including residential, commercial, and retail areas) while also driving revenue growth and maintaining safety standards. This position is highly interactive, emphasizing a strong sales and service focus, and requires the safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). Note:

Potential earnings of approximately $85,000+ per year ($40,000 base pay + uncapped commission after training). The Training & Service Route rate is $4,680 per month. Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Saturdays based on business needs) Start Time:
Between 6 am - 7 am until workload is completed Benefits:

Operate a commercial vehicle responsibly and adhere to safety policies, including reporting any incidents. Service Orientation:
Maintain a professional demeanor, meet individual customer preferences for deliveries, keep accurate records, and support team members. Selling Skills:
Utilize a business-minded approach to identify new accounts, develop existing ones, monitor competitors, and upsell products. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Service-oriented with effective face-to-face sales skills. Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions. Capable of lifting 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs. Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers. Must possess a clean driving record without major offenses in the last 3 years. Aged 21 or older (as per DOT requirements).
