The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing commercial strategy across an assigned territory for the assigned Mirion Medical portfolio of hardware and digital RT patient safety solutions. This role drives revenue growth, builds strong relationships with RT healthcare providers and hospital systems, ensures compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and leads a high-performing regional sales organization.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Performance

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities

Forecast sales performance and manage regional budgets effectively

Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results

Onboard, train, coach, and mentor regional sales representative team

Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews

Build a high-performing, ethical, and collaborative sales team

Support career development and succession planning within the region

Customer & Partner Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners

Support major account negotiations and closing of high-value deals

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align regional initiatives

Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing campaigns

Ensure consistent execution of company policies and processes

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree

7–10+ years of capital medical technology, SaaS-enabled software and service sales experience

5+ years of regional or multi-territory team leadership experience

Experience with capital equipment, implantable devices

Familiarity with reimbursement, value analysis committees (VAC), and GPO processes

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong team leadership and coaching skills

Excellent communication skills for presentations and negotiations

Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools

Travel Requirements

Up to 50% travel
